Everything the two game clients' own data shows has changed between Classic Era and WoW Forever: talents and abilities for all 9 classes, buffs, debuffs, racials, tank and healer kits. Pick what you play for, and the tabs show only what matters there.

How the tags are set: each rule is a text match on the change's own tooltip text, written once in the generator. A match is not a judgement of how much the change matters.

Sources and evidence
Source: talent-diff.json and baseline-abilities-diff.json (1.60.1.70291 against 1.15.9.69722); ability texts from Spell.db2 with their own numbers filled in. A text with formulas the page cannot fill is left out (hover for the tooltip). Follows: the two client builds.
"Not learnable" means no trainer row in Forever's client tables. The Era client also carries spells from other Classic seasons, so some of these may never have been in plain Classic.
Buffs & debuffs
Buffs
The group buffs reach the whole raid in Forever. In Classic they reached the target's party, so a raid needed one cast per group.
+3 % crit in both, 45 yards in Classic and 45 in Forever. The aura changes from 52 to 290, and Forever's tooltip says it does not stack with Moonkin Aura.
+50 ranged attack power for the party in Classic, +30 in Forever.
Nothing here matches this filter.
Debuffs: whole raid or only the caster
In Classic these debuffs made the target take more damage from everyone (aura 87) or be crit more by every Frost caster (aura 569). In Forever the caster debuffs carry auras 270, 271, 308: they only count for the player who applied them. Curse of the Elements keeps aura 87 and now covers all six magic schools.
Source: SpellEffect ImplicitTarget and base points, SpellRadius, SpellLevels; 1.15.9.69722 and 1.60.1.70291. "Top rank" is the highest rank in the data, at its own level. Follows: the spell id on each card.
Source: SpellEffect EffectAura, base points and school mask, SpellAuraOptions stacks and charges; 1.15.9.69722 and 1.60.1.70291. Improved Shadow Bolt's Forever value is the talent's top rank (the debuff spell itself holds the rank-1 value). Follows: the spell id on each card.
Roles
Which raid changes each role should read first, then what is new in the tank and healer kits. The links jump to the change on the Overview tab.
Source: the raid changes, grouped by who they affect; kit lists = new talents and abilities whose text matches the role rule. Follows: the Overview tab and the By class data.
Source: SkillLineAbility on the racial skill lines, SpellName and Spell.db2 descriptions; both builds. Follows: the line-to-race map copied from race-score.mjs.
"Gone" means not on the race's skill line in Forever. The client has no second table that links racials to races, so this is the widest check the data allows.
What can still change
30Beta level cap
21 / 21Warrior notes not in 70291
7Patch-note items the client cannot show
This is a beta. The level cap is 30, so ranks above it are client data that nobody has tested in the game yet.
The Warrior rework is not in the client yet. Blizzard's Warrior update of 2026-10-02 lists 22 changes; 21 can be checked in the data and 21 of them are missing from build 1.60.1.70291. The warrior items on this page show the tree as it is in the client today.
Bastion and Focused Rage. A swap announced on 24 September is in neither build 69913 nor 70170.
Server-side rules. 7 items in the patch notes (rage from crits, threat multipliers, proc fixes) live on the server and cannot be read from client tables. A hotfix can change them without a new build.
Removed means not learnable in the client. An ability the server grants some other way would look removed here.
